Jennifer Garner plans to walk down the aisle again this summer in a “secret” wedding ceremony in front of her loved ones, but her ex-husband Ben Affleck’s new wife, Jennifer Lopez, is posing a challenge.
According to Closer Magazine, the Hollywood diva is avoiding the media frenzy around her big day, but inviting JLo would result in undue media attention, which she does not want.
To clarify, the Alias actor has been secretly engaged to her longtime lover John Miller and believes it is time to make their relationship public.
Speaking on the topic, the source stated, “John and Jen have discreetly been engaged for a long now; they’ve simply been very cautious to make it public because they don’t want to deal with the frenzy that’s going to cause.”
“Right now, the plan is to have it this summer and keep it very low key, which obviously won’t be if J-Lo shows up,” the insider said, adding that Garner had no objections to having Affleck attend the wedding.
But she’s worried about Lopez. “It’s not that Jennifer’s threatened by her, but the fact is they just don’t have any sort of bond,” the source said.
