After evening interruptions, users reported being unable to access the internet. Problems had also arisen in the morning.
A member on news posted: “I have a phone that won’t work for anything if I turn off my WiFi, and I need to leave for work soon.”
Someone else commented, “Is there a problem with #skymobile?” I’m having problems this morning and I’m not sure why.
The outage measurement tool Downdetector revealed that thousands of individuals had reported problems.
Seventy-nine percent of those users experienced problems with their phones, twenty percent with internet connectivity, and two percent with TV troubles.
On Thursday morning, Mobile confirmed a problem with the news, which was subsequently resolved.
