After his arrest last month, the suspected drug mule for Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious charges.
After the rapper’s former videographer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones identified Brendan Paul in his sexual assault complaint, alleging that he would “acquire and distribute drugs and guns” for Diddy, Paul was placed under arrest for possession of cocaine and marijuana.
But in a “very brief” Miami session, Brendan’s lawyer, Brian Bieber, submitted a not guilty plea and told PEOPLE, “We will be dealing with this case in the courtroom, not the court of public opinion.”
Additionally, the publication stated that Brendan was arrested by law enforcement officials collaborating with Homeland Security investigators who conducted raids on Diddy’s two residences at approximately the same time that day.
