Rain is predicted to have an impact on Pakistan vs. England’s last Twenty20 international of their four-match series, which is set to take place at Kennington Oval.

The United Kingdom (UK) Met Office reports that there is a 50% probability of rain around 7 PM, which is 30 minutes after the fourth T20I is supposed to start.

Notably, rain also ruined the first and third Twenty20 Internationals in the current four-match series between England and Pakistan.

Jos Buttler and the bowlers gave England a commanding 23-run victory in the second Twenty20 International to take a 1-0 lead in the four-match series.

Buttler’s daring half-century put him at the forefront of his team. Eight fours and three sixes appeared in his 84-run hit that won the match.

Jofra Archer and Moeen Ali each took two wickets, but Reece Topley led England’s bowling attack with three wickets.

With his tough 45-run knock, Fakhar Zaman fought valiantly for Pakistan during the run chase, but he was unable to get the visiting team past the halfway mark.

The four-game Twenty20 International series between Pakistan and England, which is slated to take place from May 22 to 30, is the last chance to prepare for the T20 World Cup 2024, since the winners of the previous edition will not be playing in the warm-up matches.

Pakistani team:

Muhammad Abbas Afridi, Muhammad Amir, Muhammad Rizwan, Muhammad Irfan Khan, Naseem Shah, Saim Ayub, Salman, Babar Azam (c), Abrar Ahmed, Azam Khan, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, Iftikhar Ahmed, Imad Wasim.
