Terrorist worries after 9/11 Lawmakers push the DOJ to oppose the French transfer, and Trump will be elected and put to death.

Legislators expressed fury on Monday in response to a 9/11 terrorist's request to a Virginia judge that he be transported from a federal Supermax prison back to France in order to prevent the possibility that Donald Trump may order his execution.

Zacarias Moussaoui, the so-called “20th hijacker,” expressed his fears in writing to federal judge Leonie Brinkema in Alexandria that he would be quickly brought down by a Trump government.

Moussaoui claimed in his letter from ADX Florence in Colorado that he had previously promised “collaboration” with U.S. authorities against al Qaeda members such as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. He also requested that Brinkema issue an order for the transfer.

Rather, your honor could agree that there is a chance, not a certainty, that if the former US President Donald Trump was to do it.

He alluded to presidential authority in his long, handwritten letter outlining his case, as well as the Trump Justice Department’s choice to drop charges against retired General Michael Flynn following his guilty plea for lying to federal agents.

The strong anti-death penalty stance of France, according to critics, was a major challenge for the United States in 2001 when it attempted to extradite Earth Day co-founder Ira Einhorn from France to Philadelphia so he could face charges for his girlfriend’s murder.
