Everton owner Farhad Moshiri gave Textor a period of exclusivity earlier this month.
On his website, Textor stated, “It is true that we made an offer to buy the remaining shares of Crystal Palace, at a valuation that far exceeds levels of prior investment.”
It’s also true that we received no reaction to our offer, and we think our Palace partners share our wish to hold onto ownership.”
In May, Textor first declared his intention to sell his Crystal Palace shares and his interest in acquiring Everton.
