While Maryam pledges “round-the-clock” public service, Bilawal seeks an end to politics of “hatred and division.”

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari declared on Tuesday that Pakistan would put an end to politics of "hatred and division" on February 8, as election campaigns gained momentum across the nation. Meanwhile, Maryam Nawaz of the PML-N stated that her party was ready to work "round the clock" to further the development of the nation.

“Politics of hate and division are ruling Pakistan at the moment, the effects of which are being felt in every house,” Bilawal declared while speaking at a rally in Naudero.

“What will become of this country if this hatred, division, and infighting continue?” he pondered.

The former foreign minister reaffirmed that other political parties served their own interests, while the PPP was the only one that worked for the underprivileged.

It doesn’t matter how hard the average person is struggling. Bilawal bemoaned the high rates of unemployment, inflation, and poverty in the nation, saying that “the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer.”

He claimed that although the PPP was giving people jobs, other political parties were denying them access to them. He emphasized that the PPP was defending the rights of the average person.

“You all will bear the burden if, on February 8, a fourth term is bestowed upon us,” he said, making reference to Nawaz Sharif, the three-time prime minister.

In the meantime, Maryam declared that if her party won the upcoming general election, they would be ready to work nonstop “to steer the country back onto the path of development.”

Speaking at a Lahore rally, Maryam, who had launched the party’s election campaign the day before, made the comments. She claimed that her party had the potential to change both Lahore’s and country.

Maryam was optimistic that the PML-N would win over the people on February 8.

The cycle of development “came to a standstill at the point where the PML-N had left it,” the speaker claimed after intruders took control of Lahore. She claimed that Lahore was abandoned and lacked the authority to handle even the most basic duties, like taking out the trash.

She urged the citizens of Lahore to drive out “intruders” from their city.
