BAJAUR: In the Bajaur district’s tehsil Khar, a roadside bomb was set, resulting in an explosion on Saturday that injured at least three police officers.
According to the deputy superintendent of police (DSP), the station house officer (SHO) and other officers were not injured in the bomb event.
The DSP said that there was a search underway in the Bhai Cheena region for the accused.
The injured were hurried to the hospital, according to the police, for medical attention.
The attack occurred two days after two persons in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, lost their lives in an explosion at a police station on Thursday night, leaving several others injured.
Reporters were informed that the explosion happened within the police by District Police Officer (DPO) Swabi Haroon Rasheed.
