On Saturday afternoon local time, the 49-year-old man was discovered in possession of a shotgun, a loaded revolver, and a high-capacity magazine.
Before Donald Trump arrived, police stopped him in a black SUV at a checkpoint close to the Coachella rally.

At a press conference on Sunday, Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco stated that his deputies most likely “stopped the third assassination attempt.”

However, according to the news, a federal law enforcement official stated that there is currently no proof that Mr. Trump was the target of an assassination attempt on Saturday.

The FBI and Secret Service are looking into it.

The media and VIPs were being sent through police checkpoints, where drivers were requested to open their car bonnets and boots so that a dog-wielding officer could search their vehicles.

They “noticed the interior of the vehicle was in disarray and had an obviously fake licence plate” .

According to Sheriff Bianco, the individual was discovered in possession of several passports and driver’s licenses under various names, his car was unregistered, and his license plate was manufactured.
