According to a news release the firm released today, Careem drivers and customers may now bargain and select their desired pricing to take trips at their preferred fare using the company’s new “Flexi Ride” option.
Four categories would be available, according to the option: Flexi GO, Flexi GO Mini, Flexi Bikes, and Flexi Riksha. According to the corporation, the GO Premium category will not change and will still use the current marketplace model, which is based on a variable fare.
Customers can choose to pay more or less when booking a Flexi Ride; they will be presented with a suggested fare. Once chosen, the bid will be distributed to several nearby captains, giving them the option to either accept the ride or submit a counterbid.
