In a forecast released on Wednesday, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) stated that there is a chance of intense monsoon rains from August 1 to August 6 with sporadic breaks throughout the nation.
Strong monsoon currents are predicted to enter the upper regions from the Arabian Sea and Bay of Bengal on July 31 night, and to enter the central and southern regions on August 2. This information comes from the Met Office.
The locations that would continue to be impacted by the previously mentioned weather system were further described by the PMD.
Mithi, Sanghar, Mitayari, Nausheroferoz, Jamshoro, Umarkot, Tharparkar, Mirpur Khas, Khairpur, Thatta, Badin, Chhor, Padidan, Sajawal, Karachi, Hyderabad, Tando Allayar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sukkur, Larkana, and Mirpur Khas are among the Sindh areas that will experience monsoon weather, according to the Met Office.The weather predicting agency states that from the evening of July 31 to August 6 with sporadic breaks, rain, wind, and thundershowers are likely in Kashmir’s Neelum valley, Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Poonch, Hattian, Bagh, Haveli, Sudhanoti, Kotli, Bhimber, and Mirpur.
