A protest was held in Islamabad, stretching from the Foreign Office to D Chowk. Many, including Foreign Office staff, federal ministers, and their families. A minute of silence was observed with sirens blaring in remembrance of the Kashmiri people’s fight.
Rallygoers in Karachi marched from the People’s Secretariat to the Quaid-e-Azam Mausoleum. Nasir Hussain, the provincial minister, took part in the demonstration as well. Mayor of Karachi Murtaza Wahab organized a second demonstration in support of the Kashmiris.
Speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Babar Saleem attended a demonstration in Peshawar with MPAs. Speaking to the attendees, Babar Saleem asserted that violence cannot be used to subjugate Kashmiris.
Concurrently, demonstrations were held in Quetta, Harnai, Lasbella, Sukkur, Kasur, Faisalabad, Jhelum, Bahawalpur, Jaffarabad, and Lahore.
