The Hungarian music festival verified that her performance was postponed “due to illness”.
The 33-year-old British singer-songwriter stated she “must rest thoroughly and follow doctor’s orders” without providing any health information.
She informed her 16 million Instagram Story fans that she would not be performing on Saturday night at Campus Fesztival in Debrecen, Hungary.
The celebrity from Kosovo also disclosed that she had passed the night before at a hospital in Budapest.
Only a few hours before her scheduled performance in Debrecen, Ora released the statement.
She expressed her “sincere apologies” and gratitude for the fans’ understanding who planned to attend the event.
About the circumstances, the event posted on Instagram.
The statement was reposted by the organizers, who also included a caption in English that read, “[Her] crew has been working since dawn to set up the show… we are devastated by the news too.”
The main stage’s schedule on Saturday will be rearranged shortly. We hope Rita gets well soon.
