Five Ukrainian missiles were shot down near the port city of Sevastopol in Russia-annexed Crimea, killing five people—two of whom were children—with falling debris, according to Mikhail Razvozhayev, the city’s governor placed in Moscow.

Citing the health ministry, the Russian state news outlet RIA Novosti said that 124 people had been injured.

People can be seen scrambling for cover on a beach in Sevastopol in a video that was shown on Russian official television. The footage appears to depict explosions.

In another incident, three Ukrainian drones targeted the city of Grayvoron in Russia’s Belgorod region, which borders Ukraine, resulting in one fatality and three injuries, according to regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

According to Russia’s ministry of defense, air defense forces shot down 33 Ukrainian drones over the western districts of Bryansk, Smolensk, Lipetsk, and Tula. Reports of damage or injuries were absent.
Meanwhile, at least one person has died and ten have been injured on the second day of Russia’s aircraft bombardment of Kharkiv, the second-largest city in Ukraine, according to local officials.

According to Mayor Ihor Terekhov, a guided bomb targeted the city, leaving around half of Kharkiv without power.

It occurred after four Russian aircraft bombs were dropped on a five-story residential building in Kharkiv on Saturday afternoon, killing three people.
