Bollywood actor Salman Khan has declared that he thinks the firing incident outside his house was planned by infamous mobster Lawrence Bishnoi with the intention of killing him and his family.
This statement is a part of a lengthy 1,735-page chargesheet that was filed earlier this month and was recorded by the Mumbai Crime Branch’s anti-extortion cell last month.
Khan described the terrifying event in the wee hours of April 14, per the chargesheet. “I detected a sound akin to crackers. The police bodyguard then reported, at approximately 4:55 a.m., that two individuals on a bike had fired gunshots from the first-floor balcony of the Galaxy Apartments,” Khan added.
He continued by saying that there had been past attempts on his life and the lives of his family, and he thought the Lawrence Bishnoi gang was to blame for them.Khan went on to say that he discovered Bishnoi was behind the attack via social media.
“I’ve discovered that Lawrence Bishnoi has accepted accountability for the social media attack. Thus, I think that the group led by Lawrence Bishnoi is responsible for the shooting that occurred on my balcony,” he said in his statement.
