Saudi Arabian Grand Prix: Fernando Alonso outperforms George Russell in second practice.

Alonso beat the man who easily won the season’s opening race in Bahrain last weekend by 0.230 seconds and 0.331 seconds.

Charles Leclerc of Ferrari came in fourth fastest, 0.353 seconds behind Alonso.

Lewis Hamilton trailed teammate Russell by just 0.296 seconds in seventh place.

The seven-time champion was trailed by Carlos Sainz’s Ferrari, Lance Stroll’s second Aston Martin, and Sergio Perez of Red Bull.

In Jeddah, Oscar Piastri of McLaren and Pierre Gasly of Alpine completed the top 10.
