The 7th International Pakistan Army Team Spirit (PATS) Exercise-2024 kicked off on Sunday at the National Counter-Terrorism Centre (NCTC) in Pabbi, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (KP), according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The Director General of Military Training launched the 60-hour Patrolling Exercise, which aims to improve military-to-military collaboration in a difficult international security context.
The event will be attended by 20 friendly countries, along with military observers. Pakistan, Bahrain, Jordan, Kazakhstan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Maldives, Morocco, Qatar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkiye, the United States of America, and Uzbekistan will all take part in the exercise, according to the military’s media wing. Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Myanmar, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, and Oman will also be present as military observers.
