Prince Harry and Meghan Markle appear to have violated their agreement with Queen Elizabeth II on the Sussex brand.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who redesigned their website as Sussex.com, violated their agreement to never associate with the brand during their departure from the UK.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams has now addressed the loopholes that could allow the expert to do so.
He stated, “They have every right to wear the coat of arms, but this requires exploiting loopholes to properly restore SussexRoyal and capitalize on their royal position. They have inflicted significant damage to the family.
“The only way they made money was by leveraging their royal connections in Netflix docuseries and Harry’s book Spare.”
They can no longer criticize the Royal Family because Charles has cancer. But if this is the best they can achieve, who is offering them advice? It’s quite dull. It’s quite perplexing.”
Meanwhile, Buckingham Palace believes the infringement occurred, ‘if not in text, surely in spirit’.
