Tom Cruise devised a cunning plan to keep pigeons off the Mission: Impossible 8 production.
As he films the eighth entry in his venerable film franchise, the 61-year-old actor has been observed numerous times in the UK in recent months.
Three million pigeons live in London, and they frequently obstruct Tom’s shooting, according to a source who spoke to The Sun. For this reason, Tom devised a novel strategy to keep the birds off the set.
It is said that the action hero “hired hawks,” which are predatory birds, to prevent pigeons from interfering with his exciting scenes.
The insider revealed, “It was a brilliant move and meant the scenes were filmed without a hitch.”
The update was made after Tom was spotted on Sunday filming a combat scene in London’s Trafalgar Square.
Following the release of the last episode in July of last year, the untitled movie, which will most likely be titled Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two, is slated for release on May 23, 2025.
