Following his arrest for sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution transportation, Sean “Diddy” Combs has completely lost his appeal. Experts are explaining if he has a chance of being freed as his trial is scheduled to start in May.
Diddy has strongly refuted the claims.
On May 5, jury selection for the case will begin and the proceedings are expected to last two months. If convicted, Diddy could go to prison for 15 years or life, but the latter isn’t likely.
“This is a very strong case for the prosecution,” attorney and former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told People. “The sheer number of victims, years and pattern of abuse and the electronic evidence implicating Combs make this a challenging case to defend.”
