Recently, Sarah Silverman talked candidly about her experience working on Saturday Night Live (SNL).
On The Howard Stern Show, the 54-year-old American comedian and actress, who was cast and writer on Saturday Night Live season 19 but was dismissed after just one season, talked about how Conan O’Brien saved her.
“Conan was the best thing for me,” Silverman, who O’Brien invited to appear on his Late Night show after she left Saturday Night Live, stated. That was my first and last year at “SNL,” and it was also his first year [on “Late Night.” And it was the beginning for me because he continued to put me on constantly, even after I was dismissed.
