ISLAMABAD Aleema Khan, the sister of Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), stated on Wednesday that she does not believe his release will occur anytime soon and asked the party leadership to make a decision right away on how to ensure his freedom.
She told reporters outside the Islamabad High Court that it is obvious that the justices are under pressure.
It seems the goal is to put the PTI founder in jail for a few more months, she added, adding, “We are standing in solidarity with the judges, but even that doesn’t seem to be enough.”
