On Thursday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and a high-level entourage are expected to go to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for an official visit.
According to a Foreign Office (FO) press statement, the visit is a reflection of the long-standing fraternal ties between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, which are characterized by strong cooperation across several sectors, shared values, and mutual trust.
The prime minister will be accompanied by a high-level group that includes federal ministries, senior officers, and Ishaq Dar, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.
High-level discussions between PM Shehbaz and the UAE leadership will take place during the visit, including a bilateral meeting with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the UAE and ruler of Abu Dhabi.
