ISLAMABAD/ABU DHABI: Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the deputy ruler and national security adviser of Abu Dhabi, greeted Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the Al Bateen Airport on Thursday as he arrived in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for an official one-day visit.
Alongside the premier are Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Special Assistant to the PM (SAPM) Tariq Fatemi, Field Marshal Asim Munir, Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, and Information Minister Attaullah Tarar.
According to a Foreign Office (FO) press statement, the visit is a reflection of the long-standing fraternal ties between Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates, which are characterized by strong cooperation across several sectors, shared values, and mutual trust.
PM Shehbaz will meet with the UAE leadership at high levels while there.
