Bilal Azhar Kayani, the incumbent Minister of State for Railways and Head of PM’s Delivery Unit, has been assigned the additional responsibility of Minister of State for Finance by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Citing rule 3(4) of the Rules of Business 1973, the Cabinet Division confirmed Kayani’s appointment on Wednesday. It will take effect immediately.
