According to a hacking collective thought to be associated with Iran, it has 100 terabytes of emails purportedly taken from senior Trump associates and advisors.
The outfit, which went under the alias “Robert,” stated that it might sell the data but gave no details about its ambitions or the files’ contents. During the 2024 campaign season, the group sent out small batches of emails to reporters.
The emails were obtained from a number of high-profile individuals in Trump’s inner circle, including White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, lawyer Lindsey Halligan, Trump associate Roger Stone, and adult film actress-turned-critic Stormy Daniels, according to “Robert,” who made this allegation in an online interview with Reuters over the weekend.
