The British singer-songwriter Rita Ora talked candidly about making her dream proposal—which she had always desired for herself—to her husband, Taika Waititi.
During her visit on the Begin Again podcast, the Body on Me singer shared the romantic details of how she proposed to Taika.
“We were in Los Angeles.” I rented a Palm Springs hotel room. “A really nice fancy one… filled it with cake and balloons,” she disclosed.
“I’m holding the cake, like ― holding a bloody cake ― and the balloons are all around us,” Rita recalled Taika’s humorous reaction to her surprise, continuing the open discussion.
