According to an official, three members of the Frontier Constabulary (FC) were killed when unknown assailants opened fire on their car in Karak’s Garagri neighborhood.
DPO Karak Shehbaz Elahi told Geo News that the FC staff members were attacked while doing their regular patrol responsibilities.
According to him, the cops were put on security duties for a nearby gas firm.
“A search is being conducted in the area to apprehend those responsible,” he stated.
Ali Amin Gandapur, the chief minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, denounced the attack and ordered police to apprehend those responsible as soon as possible.
In a statement, Gandapur expressed sympathy to the families of the martyrs and stated, “We salute the security personnel and their families who sacrificed their lives for the country.”
