Melissa Etheridge wishes Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift nothing but the best.
“You must enjoy happiness and love for others; if you struggle with either of those things, you may need to examine your own behavior. I adore witnessing happy people. Bravo,” Etheridge said to Fox News Digital on Friday night at the MusiCares Person of the Year Gala.
The singer of “Come to My Window” and resident of Kansas City describes herself as a “massive” fan of the pair, although she has one reservation about their union.

On social media, Etheridge has frequently expressed her admiration for the Chiefs. She posted a video of herself last week, before their AFC Championship game against the Baltimore Ravens, showing off her full Chiefs outfit and appreciating the team’s flag outside.
Before the game began, she wrote, “I have informed my family I am emotionally unavailable for the next 7 hours.” The Chiefs triumphed, earning a trip to Super Bowl LVIII.
Etheridge attended the 33rd annual MusiCares® Person of the Year benefit gala in honor of her longtime friend and Grammy Award winner Jon Bon Jovi, an 11-time nominee, and founding member of the American rock band Bon Jovi.
The 62-year-old was overjoyed to memorialize her friend by performing “Blaze of Glory,” a song by Jon Bon Jovi.
