Atta Tarar, a senior politician of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), stated on Wednesday that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif had appointed Shehbaz Sharif as Prime Minister and Ayaz Sadiq as National Assembly Speaker.
Tarar spoke to the media in Islamabad regarding the PML-N’s parliamentary meeting. “Nawaz Sharif was paid homage due to the services he rendered for both the party and country.”
“The tribute was also given to Shehbaz Sharif for averting the risks of the country’s default.”
Tarar stated that the NA deputy speaker’s name would be decided after bilateral negotiations with the PPP.
“The party will take a decision regarding the appointment of Balochistan governor soon.”

According to details, the PML-N and PPP met jointly to discuss the province’s government formation.
