Although rock stars are devoted to their fans, there are instances when this devotion pushes them too far and negatively affects their health. Due to serious health concerns, a number of well-known acts have had to postpone their tours in the past year.
This week marks Bruce Springsteen’s comeback to the stage following a peptic ulcer last year.
The tour began on March 19 in Phoenix. The “Born in the USA” singer reportedly said to the audience, “Phoenix, first, I want to apologize if there was any discomfort because we had to move the show last time,” according to the Associated Press. I hope we didn’t cause you too much trouble.”
He performed for almost three hours, using his voice, dancing, and even pulling off his shirt.
Expert: Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, and Steven Tyler overcome obstacles to demonstrate that “music is their lives.”
