In-depth briefings on the current court cases involving the party founder were given during the conference, illuminating the unfortunate backlog in court cases.

The committee vehemently denounced the delay of the Senate elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, emphasizing the importance of prompt and equitable electoral procedures.

The committee expressed grave concerns and strongly condemned the harassment of Supreme Court justices with dubious letters, stressing the need for prompt and forceful action against those who engage in such behavior. The committee restated its demands that a full court be established and that the hearings be televised live.

Furthermore, the Election Commission and Tribunals were urged to expeditiously resolve outstanding matters in order to address election-related difficulties. The committee pushed for the poll Commission to reinstate PTI’s “Bat” as the poll emblem.

The committee demonstrated solidarity by endorsing the formidable public campaign of the opposition Grand Alliance and emphasized the significance of coordinated action. An announcement was made about the first public gathering organized by the Grand Alliance, which is set to take place in Pishin on April 13.

Concerns regarding the arrest and incarceration of female inmates were also brought up by the committee, with special attention paid to the situations of Alia Hamza and Sanam Javed.
