Christian B’s attorney, Dr. Friedrich Fülscher, responded to the ruling by telling News: “I predicted the defendant would be found not guilty on the first day of the trial, and now that all the evidence has been presented, it appears that this will actually happen.” If Mr. B had not been the accused, I’m positive that the charges would not have resulted in a trial.
