One of Prince Harry’s New Year’s resolutions is supposedly to mend his years-long estrangement with the Royal family.
A royal insider claims that Harry, the Duke of Sussex, promised to make peace with his father, King Charles, and brother, Prince William, at the beginning of the New Year.
According to a person familiar with the circumstances who spoke with Closer Weekly, “Harry wants to start the new year off right and focus on making amends.”
“And lucky for him, Charles wants that, too,” the insider said, revealing that the monarch has the same aspirations as his son.
Nevertheless, Prince William is still enraged with Harry for his public criticism of him, his wife, Kate Middleton, and the rest of the Royal family, so it won’t be so simple to set their differences aside and mix.
However, Harry’s father is the one who has made sure he is with Harry. “Charles has clarity with age, and if he wants anything, it’s for William and Harry to mend their relationship,” the source stated.
“He’s telling William to be the first to reach out and be the bigger person,” they continued. His goal is to mend the guys’ differences.
