The glamorous model, 46, who went by Katerina Price in her legal name when she was debuted, was served notice at her listed residences but chose not to show up for the virtual hearing.
Price announced on TikTok a few hours before to the hearing that she would be live on the app later that night.
Judge Catherine Burton of the Insolvency and Companies Court presided over the proceedings. Lawyers Lauren Kreamer and Darragh Connell represented TikTok and the trustees, respectively.
Notwithstanding “some progress made” in the case, Mr. Connell expressed worry that payments to Price via the social networking platform had been made without the knowledge of it.
He informed the court that between March and May of this year, TikTok had given Price payments totaling £95,000.
He added that there had been considerable debate over whether TikTok ought to pay the bankruptcy trustees 100% of Price’s earnings made through the platform.
