‘Himmat Card’ assistance increased to Rs10,000 for 65,000 special persons

A Himmat card will only be available to those who possess special persons certificates issued by the district or tehsil.

The financial aid for exceptional persons has been enhanced from Rs75,000 to Rs10,000 for the 65,000 special people, according to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.

The chief minister of Punjab declared during a ceremony on Wednesday that the Himmat card will be introduced gradually.

Who is qualified?

A Himmat card will only be available to people who possess special persons certificates issued by the district or tehsil.

Every three months, the money will be deposited to the account of those who meet the eligibility requirements.

Anybody getting funding from a government agency, such as Benazir Income Support, will not be qualified.

Bank account information for Himmat Card

In charge of providing financial services would be the Bank of Punjab (BoP). Services from the Bank of Punjab will cost Rs 80.17 million.
