All Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNAs who were detained in connection with attacks on police officers and violations of no-objection certificates (NOCs) have been granted bail by the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC).
All of the MNAs who were being held were to be released immediately by the court.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the ATC heard the case. Attorneys representing Sheikh Waqas Akram, Sher Afzal Marwat, and other parties made an appearance in court.
When the prosecutor informed the court that the investigating officer was occupied with a case at the Islamabad High Court, the judge became displeased and postponed the hearing till the case record was presented.
