According to Amazon, the new policy will let employees to work five days a week, excluding special occasions, just as they did before to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The chief executive of Amazon, Andy Jassy, listed several circumstances in a letter. They included sick employees or their kids, domestic issues, business trips, and coding “in a more isolated environment”.
