ISLAMABAD Pakistan and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) have inked a new six-year Country Programme Framework (CPF) with the goal of enhancing collaboration in peaceful nuclear uses spanning from energy and healthcare to food security.
The fifth CPF, which covers 2026–2031, was signed by IAEA Deputy Director General and Head of the Department of Technical Cooperation Hua Liu and Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) Chairman Dr. Raja Ali Raza Anwar on the sidelines of the IAEA General Conference in Vienna, Austria, according to The News.
