Cooper has only had 24 catches for 250 yards so far this season.
Cooper is a five-time Pro Bowl receiver who has accumulated more than 1,100 yards in four of his previous five seasons, so it’s natural to think that his potential will be utilized now that Allen is in charge. However, it’s difficult to blame him given the quarterback play.
