Establishing solid foundations for the national economy is the government’s primary goal, according to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s statement on Friday.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Field Marshal Gen Syed Asim Munir, and other pertinent authorities attended a meeting he led on the economy and foreign investment.
The economic climate, opportunities for foreign investment, and current and planned development projects were all discussed at the meeting. The prime minister has ordered that economic planning must guarantee the involvement of the private sector. He urged ministries and pertinent organizations to assist and facilitate foreign investors.
He claimed that the economy’s current increasing trajectory is a reflection of international investors’ growing trust in Pakistan.
