"I wouldn’t be where I am today without the gigs I played around the North East and beyond when I was starting out," Styles said. "These venues are legendary, but they are struggling." Culture Minister Ian Murray has expressed support for the initiative, aiming for at least 50% of stadium and arena tickets in 2026 to adopt a similar levy.
