Bad Bunny has surged up the UK charts following his headline Super Bowl half-time performance and recent Grammy win.
The Puerto Rican superstar’s Spanish-language album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos (I Should Have Taken More Photos), jumped 42 places in a single week. It now sits at number two on the UK Albums Chart.
The album originally peaked at number 13 when it was released last year. This climb marks Bad Bunny’s first entry into the UK top 10. British singer Olivia Dean’s The Art of Loving holds the top spot.
Hit Singles Climb the Charts
Bad Bunny’s singles also enjoyed a huge boost.
His track DtMF jumped 39 places to reach number four on the UK Singles Chart, marking his highest singles position in the UK so far. NUEVAYoL reached number 15, while BAILE INoLVIDABLE climbed to number 20.
Historic Super Bowl Performance
The 31-year-old made history at the Super Bowl by performing entirely in Spanish. No musician had done this at the biggest US televised event before.
During his 14-minute set, he performed hit songs including DtMF, Tití Me Preguntó, and MONACO. His show celebrated Puerto Rican culture with music, dance, and visuals.
Special guests included Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin, while Pedro Pascal, Cardi B, Karol G, and Jessica Alba made appearances. To close the show, Bad Bunny said one line in English, “God bless America,” before naming countries across North, Central, and South America as dancers raised their flags.
