PESHAWAR: A blast on Peshawar’s Board Bazar road killed two persons and injured another, police authorities said Sunday morning.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi told Geo News that the bomb disposal unit’s (BDU) report found that the incident was not a suicide attack.
“An explosion occurred during the delivery of explosives. “Three people were transporting the explosives; two were killed in the blast, and one was injured,” he claimed.
According to spokesperson Sajjad Khan, the injured person is in serious condition and is being treated at Khyber Teaching Hospital.
The bodies have also been taken to the hospital.
