In a piece that was published on Wednesday, columnist Cindy Adams of the New York Post cautioned that readers shouldn’t be shocked if Michelle Obama “sneaks her way into the 2024 race.”
“Michelle is intended to be the Democratic nominee for president. Barack is the orchestra leader who composes the music,” wrote Adams. “Now, the Obamas are pressuring SloMo Joe to leave. Give up. Who else seems to be there?”
President Biden won’t debate, according to Adams, who also claimed that the Obama drum beat has grown “louder.”
“There’s a chance Michelle could wriggle in if Joe flops. Obama is negotiating to enable that,” she continued.

Adams brought up Michelle Obama’s most recent media appearance.
The former first lady recently stated in an interview with Jay Shetty’s “On Purpose” podcast that she was “terrified” Donald Trump might win in 2024.
“Those are the things that sustain me, as you are powerless over them. You may ask, “Where are we in all of this?” Our hearts are where? What will transpire in the upcoming election?” Obama enquired. “I am afraid of what might occur because our leaders are important. Who we choose, who represents us, and who has the bully pulpit has an impact.
Concern over Biden’s polling numbers has also been expressed by former President Obama.
