At his rally in Manassas, Virginia, on Tuesday, US President Joe Biden—who had been interrupted at least ten times—claimed that a protestor who supported Palestine was a “MAGA (Make America Great Again) Republican”.
According to The New York Post, the 81-year-old president became irritated when protestors changed the agenda of his first joint campaign event of 2024 with Vice President Kamala Harris.
“How many children have you killed today, Genocide Joe?” At a demonstration intended to address federal abortion rights, a guy flying a Palestinian flag yelled at Biden.
A few seconds later, a demonstrator who was female said, “Israel kills two mothers every hour!”
During the president’s 19-minute speech, fans of Biden tried to drown out the disturbances by chanting, “Let’s go, Joe!” and “Four more years!” as soon as protestors approached the speaker.
After the first two protests by activists outraged by Israel’s murder in Gaza, which has killed over 25,000 Palestinians, including over 9,000 children, Biden observed, “They feel deeply.”
Following the surprise attacks on southern Israel by Hamas fighters on October 7, which killed over 1,200 Israelis in retaliation for more than 70 years of Zionist occupation, there is now a genocide occurring in Gaza.
