In a recent Instagram post, the hot Hollywood star explained why making resolutions for the new year is not “sustainable.”
“Happy New Year to all of you. The ‘New Year, New Me’ mentality that circulates on social media and in society truly got me thinking as I sit here beginning 2024 with my family and friends,” the Thor actor said.
“I’m thinking about a few things. He went on, “As a culture, we must begin working toward our goals gradually rather than in absolutes. Flipping a switch inside of yourself when the calendar turns is not going to be a sustainable approach to reach your goals—it’s just not realistic.
The 40-year-old celebrity then encouraged his followers to “make easy lifestyle changes” as an alternative to making lofty New Year’s resolutions, showing them the “way to move forward” and inspiring them.
He said, “For me, it’s with my Centr Plan,” as well. I plan to incorporate breathwork into my workouts, along with meditation, better sleep hygiene, and functional movements into my workouts. We can all enjoy our best lives in 2024 if we make simple modifications to our lifestyle.
