As per News’ understanding, Naked Wines has enlisted the services of Interpath Advisory to collaborate with it, following a decline in investor trust in the company throughout the past several months.
Although they have recovered from their lowest point of less than 30p, Naked Wines’ shares have fallen by about a third over the past year, leaving the company with a market capitalization of less than £50m.
Rodrigo Maza, the UK CEO, was appointed as the new group CEO last month.
Nick Devlin, whose term had been marred by problematic trading in its US division, was replaced by him.
Rowan Gormley, the company’s founder and chairman, is now Mr. Maza’s boss.
