Since the subcontinent’s division, Kashmiris in the Occupied Valley have been subjected to the brutal control of the Indian Army, and their way of life has remained unchanged as India has denied them access to necessities and amenities.
Following the revocation of Article 370 in 2019, the Modi government stated that the development of Kashmir would take place under this policy. But even now, the people of Kashmir remain denied their basic necessities.
Kashmiri youth, speaking in a unique video, stated that there used to be an assembly here and that the parliament used to provide a few employment, but that assembly and the jobs vanished after Article 370 was repealed.
