According to Nadeem Khan, Director of High-Performance at the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), cricket in the nation is headed on the correct path.
Speaking candidly on a private news channel, Khan stated: “You maintain hope for the club even after the same players have been crucial to securing significant wins. The general public’s anger over their country’s T20 World Cup loss to the United States is valid.”
According to Khan, “it is imperative that a nation’s domestic cricket system be strong in order to develop a competitive national team. However, the state of Pakistani cricket during the last two years is regrettably evident to all.”
